- Register with Bolt — the form at bolt.eu/en/food/courier: details, city, phone, then documents.

Bolt’s site describes the steps as: register, upload documents, review within a few days, start in the app. Activation time varies. Do not promise yourself “on the road tomorrow” if paperwork is incomplete.
Requirements (indicative)
Bolt’s help centre lists, among other things: age 18+, photo ID, a smartphone and a local number, the right to work, a vehicle (bike, moto, or car depending on the city), and a bank account in the country of work.
