Pyszne.pl switches to a 3PL model: end of "own" couriers, multi-apping begins

Published: July 19, 2026

Pyszne.pl is changing its logistics model: instead of its own couriers on umowa zlecenie with exclusivity, the platform is moving 100% to a 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) model. Deliveries will be handled by external fleet partners. For couriers in Poland that means a practical shift: choose a fleet company, keep flexible hours, and use multi-apping.

Facts come from an interview with Arkadiusz Krupicz (CEO and founder of Pyszne.pl) in Rzeczpospolita. Below is a fact summary and what it means for couriers.

What changes for couriers

Until now Pyszne.pl ran a different setup than Uber Eats, Bolt Food, or Glovo: its own courier model (umowa zlecenie, exclusivity while delivering for Pyszne). Now the entire fleet moves under external fleet partners.

  • 100% of couriers move under external partners (no remaining "own" Pyszne couriers).
  • Any umowa zlecenie will be between you and a fleet partner, not directly with Pyszne.pl.
  • Multi-apping is allowed: you can run several apps and take the order that pays best at that moment.
  • You decide when you are online. The old fixed hourly schedule model is gone.

Why Pyszne is changing the model

According to Krupicz, the previous model stopped being an advantage and became a competitive and legal constraint. The platform wants flexibility and scale comparable to global players on the Polish market. Going against the industry model meant higher costs and less operational flexibility.

Fleet partners: PZPA and the pracakuriera.pl directory

Pyszne plans to work with companies in the Polish Association of Application Partners (Polski Związek Partnerów Aplikacyjnych). Couriers will get partner recommendations, but the final choice of company stays with the courier.

If you need a fleet partner in Poland, check the partner directory on pracakuriera.pl. Industry players include Eternis, Evelstar, Natviol, and Avalon. Compare terms, cities, and support before you sign.

Scale: how many couriers and partners

  • About 5000 couriers deliver for Pyszne.pl.
  • Almost nobody works full-time hours: monthly hours vary widely.
  • Winter is a seasonal order peak and also a harder time to staff couriers.
  • The partner base (restaurants + q-commerce) has passed 18.2k; q-commerce is still a single-digit share of revenue.

Flexibility vs. employment contracts

In a Pyszne survey of more than 1000 couriers, 87% named flexibility as the top value of this work. Many treat deliveries as a side job and want to choose their own hours.

If rules forced employment contracts (umowa o pracę), Pyszne analyses suggest the delivery cost per order could rise by about 15 PLN. Restaurants would pass costs to customers; about 50% of surveyed venues said delivery would stop being profitable in that scenario.

Context: EU platform work directive

Poland is expected to implement the EU platform work directive (the interview cites a December deadline), but delays are possible. At the time of the interview there was still no draft law; public consultations were announced. Krupicz says clear rules will level the playing field.

What to do now if you deliver (or want to deliver) for Pyszne

  1. Follow updates from Pyszne.pl and the named fleet partners.
  2. Compare fleet companies in the partner directory (including Eternis, Evelstar, Natviol, Avalon).
  3. Ask about the contract, payouts, support, and cities the partner covers.
  4. If you multi-app, clarify with the partner how payouts work across platforms.
