How Glovo pay works
On Glovo, orders are usually available on an ongoing basis. You do not get a fixed hourly salary from the platform. You earn per delivery, distance, and current multipliers. Coefficients raise or lower pay depending on demand, weather, and city conditions. In practice it is pay-per-delivery plus boosts, not a salaried job with a guaranteed rate. That is why two days with the same hours can produce very different totals.

Acceptance rate, rating, and schedule
Acceptance rate (share of offers you accept) matters a lot. It affects your rating and whether you can book the best schedule hours. Rejecting offers too often can hurt your standing and make it harder to ride in slots that actually pay. If you want solid windows, keep acceptance high and plan breaks on purpose instead of randomly declining trips.

Promos and quests
Glovo often runs promos like “do X orders, get Y”. Quests are frequently split into sub-tasks and require a minimum acceptance percentage. Otherwise chasing Y can lower your effective hourly rate.
Cash orders
On Glovo, cash orders are common. Cash from the customer is usually deposited to Glovo or deducted from your payout / partner settlement. Watch receipts and your in-app balance so settlement is not a surprise. This is everyday work, not an exception.
